Oh, don't we wish that was a real pink slip. Even if Dolan keeps Isiah for the season, whether he sticks around after that in some capacity would be no surprise considering how 'obtuse' Dolan is. I'm in awe with Tyson Chandler's rebounding and athleticism too lol

Nobody cares about Stephon being at the game or not. They care that the Knicks had an oppoirtunity again last night and blew it.
Asst. coach Dave Hanners said the idea for last nights second half was to get Curry and Robinson more shots; in part; because they were hot in the first half.
BUT, you need coaching, and diagramed plays to do that; and the NYK have neither under idiot coach Isiah Thomas.
Curry takes only 4 shots in the second half and makes 3 of them. Robinson attempts only 2 . So what he had 4 fouls? He shot 7-9 in the first half alone!!!
Craford goes 7-20 for the game; while Curry goes 8-11. How hard is it to figure that one out?

Last night's coaching decisions were reminiscent of those made by Doc Rivers last year with the Celtics as they strived to improve their draft position. The only problem with this theory is that it would assume some intelligence on the part of Isiah or Knick management.

Fire Thomas and then what???? Do you writers really believe that a coach available can turn this team around? If so, how much time does he have? No one can possibly turn this franchise around into winners overnight!!! You don't get it!! It just takes a while to build winners.. there aint no team in the NBA that given 4 years and they win right away!. not from scratch.. and here you 'punk' writers are...always instigating and spinning. Full of speculations and insults.. PATIENCE GUYS!!!... is a good virtue - even with the NYK..

So are you saying that Zeke needs more time? Blaming the reporters for Zeke's failure to improve team is insane. Of course you have a right to type your
opinions, my opinion just happens to differ from yours. Zeke should get canned as so as the final buzzer goes off in April.

If Isaiah's team's had cratered the first two seasons, maybe you'd have a point. But Isaiah Thomas traded two, count em, two lottery picks for Eddie Curry who after three years, doesn't even play in the 4th quarter.
We have Marbury who was a fiasco even before he got hurt and who is gone. So, after four years, the Knicks are hopelessly over the cap through next year and have no real center or point guard. I predicted a 33 win season and it looks like I was overly optimistic.

Does anyone have the confidence in Dolan to hire the right person/people if he dumps Thomas?

That's just it guys. It's all in hindsight! Sorry but second guessing is really for the sportswriters, the bashers and the sarcastics. Isiah knew that Eddy Curry was worth more than the draft picks. I mean, here's a guy 285lbs. 6'11" bruiser at 24yrs old. With a little work, he had a chance to be the next Shaq. Now who wouldn't want this? Plus, NYK only had a very slim chance of picking the first two draft picks. He also thought that by bringing in Randolph, they would have one of the strongest front court in the NBA. Is this a wrong plan? I don't think so. It just so happened that these two didn't want to adjust to the plan. So Isiah had the appropriate intentions. The players just would not cooperate. This should be a given. This game is played on both sides of the court. Unfortunately for these two, they just wont play dee-fense! It's so frustrating to watch on paid TV!

Zeke just needs to blow off some steam if ya know what i mean.Thomas was a hard nose player and hes trying to rub off on this team but hes trying to rub off on a bunch of spoiled brats who never had to work for any thing. With the exception of a few players these players all fuckin suck they may as well bea bunch of girls playing outhere. Curry is a lazy lump of shit marbury is a punk with a bad additude I have written him tns of hate mail and have challenged him to a fist fight many itmes David lee and Renaldo Balkman are my main men Quintin Richardson sucks Randolph Morross always looks high and is not going to turn into anything and also plays like a lazy lump of shit. There is not a player on that team besides lee and balkman that would fight for a rebound if it smacked them in the mouth, So fuck the knicks I am going to drink abottle of scotch.
