Haywood is a big dumb kid with too much money. Did anyone notice when Gibson got the technical for cocking his fist back, like he was going to punch Haywood? Did you see what Haywood did? He dunked and held on to the rim, which is legal in traffic, but then he raised his legs and tried to scissor his legs around Gibson's head so his crotch was in his face. The dumb kid is a punk. Have fun going home again, punk.

In summary, that is why Gibson made a fist and threatened the punk, Haywood. I think I would have punched him in the jewels and taken the ejection. Then again, if he had, we wouldn't have had his threes.

It never ends! The Wiz just keep on talkin'. Now Gilbert says they will be the 9th team wo win a playoff series after being down 3-1. Now I know why he wears number 0, that must be the number of times his rantings make sense.

I'd say the Cavs have been far far more under control media-wise than the Wiz. LeBron has made a few comments and I don't think anything he has said was out of line. The Wiz have been childish and have once again choked in the playoffs.

In Cleveland, it is often hard to find good words to say about our regularly failing teams. But this I am sure of, the Cav's team has been far more professional and solid closing out games, in the forth, despite the rough up and down season and excessive criticism from the national media.

I agree 100%. The NBA is very fortunate to have a star like LeBron as its cover man. There are SO many thugs and hoodies in the league that it is worse than the National Felony League. At least there is a bright spot in King James, maybe kids will take more notice of him than their parents.

Either Eddie Jordan is shaking his head in bewilderment at the inability of his players to stop fueling the fire with these ridiculous comments, or he's inciting and encouraging them with his own locker room rhetoric. Either way, he can't be comfortable about his job should the Cavs put this thing away.

This has been an interesting series to watch. Washington has the talent to win a series like this. But there's no joy in their game. Damon Jones is a showman, but his three-finger gesture after scoring from downtown is rather subtle, and he's always smiling. Stevenson could have a similar impact on games, but his attempts at an in-your-face persona are betrayed by inconsistent play. Washington seems too worried about gestures and scowling and screaming after dunks, and not focused enough on getting things done efficiently and consistently. They've really wasted some golden opportunities, much to the their own detriment.

I can't think of many "thugs" or jerks on any Cleveland team. Can you? Cavs are very clean. If Damon Jones is the worse (I happen to like his enthusiasm) we are not doing bad. Paul Byrd used HGH, what once? On the Browns I guess you have Winslow -- a mild jerk who has grown-up since his motorcycle days. True there are some big egos but are there any major drug offenders, woman beaters, players who punch fans in bars? Not sure. Gotta top ten Cleveland thug list?

Wizards are letting ego get in the way of their game. There is always a lot of talk off the court, and the Wizards are obviously a great team, but there is a difference between competitive banter and immature name calling. It is hard to respect a team that is trying to generate interest with a verbal war off the court with a team they can't seem to beat on the court. Regardless, I think the Cavs should get Jamison. He is a great athlete and truly a team player. He doesn't fit in with the rest of his team.
Oh, and West is ridiculously awesome!

AN OPEN LETTER TO WASHINGTON WIZARDS:

Dear Wizards,

THANK YOU for all of your weak arse smak talk. THANK YOU for all of your weak ARSE b-ball skills.
THANK YOU for being the biggest bunch of idiots to ever bounce a ball with the skill set of a JV squad.

GILBERT NOWINAS...AGENT ZERO...well, we can bump you up to AGENT 1...because that's all you get, ONE.

And the rest of the WIZARDS...you hacks can't beat the CAVS...you are all 2nd tier players wishing you had 1/10 of the King's talent.

Once Lebron gets his ring, Respect will follow.

WIZARDS, your rings are in my CrackerJack box. I will send it out express mail for you.

Glad to see someone noticed that LeBron is the most improved player in the game. Turkoglu has improved, but as any efficiency expert will tell you, the higher the level you start at, the more difficult it is to achieve improvement.

LeBron is clearly better down the stretch than he was last year. He is far better able to get to the front of the rim, and his decision making is superior to last year.

The best part is, I fully expect LeBron to spend the off season working on improving his game further: next year look for better foul shooting and even better defense from James.

The Wizards are right up there with the Steelers and George Bush on my hate list for this non-sense. I bet if they'd just play basketball and stop all the stupid trash talk and flagrant fouls it might be a series. These buffoons really don't get it. Go to the Washington Post and read what some of there idioit fans say. They have the nerve to say LBJ gets special treatment from the refs. Those a-holes (I guess) don't remember LBJ had 5 fouls in the last game. I HATE THE WIZARDS and all of there stupid fans. STFU and play ball. But even if you do you're still going home. SCOREBOARD losers.

That's not really true about the LIZARD fans, most of them are razoring their team their coach, and even go so far as to predict the outcome of the game their disgruntled MENTAL patient players, loosing again.Albeit the Cavs have not won it all, their still my team, anybody can RAH,RAH,for MJ and Magic.

I'm so glad Duh-Shawn the ugly gremlin didn't get suspended. He won't be able to feel his face for sure after LBJ dunks right in it.

Albert Belle was the worst. Let's also remember that with the smaller market, the "jerks" are more publicized in some other markets.

I agree.

1) Jim Brown
2) Joey Belle (via hdawg)

Sam McDowell was an alcoholic but harmless. World B. Free was just silly. I'm sure there are plenty more. I'll keep thinking..Top Ten Cleveland Sports Thugs as opposed to just erks, what have you.
