Good for Sheriff Arpaio. I have never been a Shaq fan, but I thought he had more sense than that. What he did was immature, petty, and classless.

Shaq did it because he knows he can't compete on the same level on the court as Kobe anymore, he is too old...so he is trying to pull him off the court where he has a distinct advantage. I don't like Kobe or Shaq...and I don't listen to rap...for this very reason...most rap songs are meant to slam someone or a gender or the police....Why do I want to listen to that? I don't....so I don't.

They should be forcing him to do The Baby Borrowers so that he'll learn what he's allowed to say and what he's not allowed to say.

Oh get over! I am by no means condoning the type of language used in his "free-style" rap because I think he could have made the same impact without them, however, I do think everyone that has posted a comment is over reacting. We have all seen comedians bash each other before (whether they liked each other or not) without such a reaction and probably even laughed at the jokes. How is this much different from when those news casters say bad things about each other? Yes it was not in best taste but oh well.

The problem comes from the fact that he carries a honorary badge which represents quasi-employment, with an employer who has a policy against what he said.

If he didn't have the badge, there would have been no problem, there would be no article and we would not be having this post, because, the basketball organizations don't seem to have a problem with it.
