When you mess something up this bad (we've all been there)... it takes time and one good decision at a time to make it better. We're several good decisions away from fixing this, but encouraging nonetheless.
Question: Why is everyone so high on Bynum? What has he done in LA playing alongside Kobe? MOST importantly Rush CHOSE THE PACERS and the coach to play for when he did have an offer from both Miami and Denver, 2 teams with multiple future hall-of-famers

The league is full of players who have had some knocks in their careers before they made it to the top. The trick is to find the right ones, get the right combination and coach so as to breing out the best. It is not a sure thing but it is not a lost cause either. Dunleavy may have tallent, jsut not @ guard practically the only position the pacers need.

And for the record I thought this time the pacers would learn their listen about trading away draft picks, but they oviously didn't because they just traded next season's second round pick to Miami. But then again, it could be top 10 protected like the one involved in the Harrington trade. The traded away their 2nd round draft pick of 2009, not next year.

Jerry, I have news for you.. Pro sports is filled with "PROBLEM CHILDREN" the questions is how much are you willing to deal with? Some have far fewer problems than others, but all have problems.. I think with recent events in the past with the Pacers, they are now looking at high quality guys, something they probably didn't do in the past, they simply looked at talent.. There is something to be said about high character guys and I think we have them now.. only time will tell...
