Wow, I am shocked....NOT. Lets count how many games he's played the past couple years vs. the games he's played! O'Neal, either retire or go elsewhere. Your time here in Indy is way past due!!

Wow, imagine Jermaine and Harrison missing a game because of injury. Is that a first or what?
Who cares?
Would anybody notice?

SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE!

It is preseason, Jermaine is fine. He would play if it was a regular season game. This is an excellent opportunity for Courtney Simms to show what he can do. |

Did Harrison foul-out already ?

Thanks finally somebody with some common sense speaking up. This is the preseason(games that don't count), of a very long season. Everybody knows what JO is going to do in the regular season. This is the time to see what the Pacers have in new Free Agents, and Rookies they brought in. David H. hurt again that is no surprize. He has been getting hurt so much. It's a wonder if he has ever been healthy at all. The last thing this team needs is another millionarie in street clothes on game night. I don't know what his contract looks like. But the Pacers need to cut their loses and let him go and bring somebody that is healthy enough to run up and down the floor and grab five rebounds. |

david who? haha, this guy sucked even in college. he can stay questionable and ride the bench the rest of his career just like it started.
This we should have hung to Scott Pollard, at least he had cool hair when he was on the bench. |

Honestly the Pacers have been an embarassment to this city both on the court and off the court, who cares who is hurt in the pre season even if they are healthy by the regular season we will go nowhere, the attitude of the pacers is horrible, half these players would sit out if they had a headache, we either need to get rid of the organization or restructure with players who want to play for the love of the game not play 1/3 of a season, and get paid for nothing.

Everyone please stop rationlizing for the Pacers. They have a lot to prove this year to regain fan support. Preseason or not, PLAY. They're not expected to play the game as if it were a regular season game but have some respect for the money that is paid by fans for these games. The lack of respect for the fans money is what has cost season ticket support this year.

Glad to see we've got a lot of basketball geniuses on here today. I guess you feel the same way when #18 sits out the last preseason game of the year, right? |
Who are half the guys who'd sit out? We'll all be blessed to hear your "inside" information. Real embarrasment on the floor-- they missed the playoffs one time since 1997, 4 trips to the Eastern Conference finals since '97, and one trip to the NBA Finals. That sounds like an embarrasment. |

lol I knew these comments would be coming as soon as I saw the article posted. OMG OMG OMG O'NEAL'S MISSING THE FIRST PRESEASON GAME AS A PRECAUTION OMG OMG OMG SLACKER THUG WANNABE GANGSTA LAZY BUM PAMPERED OVERPAID ATHLETE etc etc... The ignorance of most Indiana sports 'fans' could fill a 3rd world country. Just a thought, but I think the arrogant stupidity of most of the posters on this board embarrasses the state a lot more than the Pacers do. It's a more accurate representation of "our state" than a group of 15 basketball players.

my favorite part is the headline....JO may sit out...when the story says he's probable.

As many have said who cares. Shawne Williams getting arrested and suspended 3 games? People wake up.... Boycott the pacers. Please, dads don't take your son to "the game." Lock your daughters up Indianapolis, the pacers are back in town. God I hate these losers. They're a joke. Never thought I'd say it but I'm tired of it. Screw the pacers!!!!!!

Nice display of being a true Hoosier bandwagon fan. You'll be saying the same thing once the Colts have a down turn. Also, nice original post-- it's not like a thousand other uneducated people haven't said the same thing. |

Hornets will win either way.

You hate the Pacers so much you read the article, huh? |
