Last year's trade with Golden State will go down in history as one of the most one sided trades in league history. All you have to do is look at the records of the two clubs since the trade. One team got better. The other team picked up a soft power forward that is so bad that he does not even start for the Pacers and a perimeter player that is so not athletic that he always gets caught from behind on a fast break and so slow that he could not guard a parking meter. And these two players have contracts that make them completely untradable. Yes, fans wanted Jackson gone but to over react and take the losers the Pacers took just to get rid of him was ridiculous. Wild chimps could do a better job of running the Pacers than Donnie and Larry have done over the past several seasons. Keep Granger, Rush, Foster and get rid of everyone else.

Here is what the Pacers need to do. Trade Jermaine O'Neal for Vince Carter as the rumor stated. Since Dunleavy and Granger play the same position trade Dunleavy for a servicable big man since Dunleavy does not play any defense. They also need to get rid of Tinsley for anything. With these moves and the good draft pick the Pacers will have after this pathetic season the Pacers could be back contending next season.

How damn dumb are you people in the higher-up positions? How dumb? Damn dumb! Jermaine does this every year, so that he can be fresh for the All Star games. He should have had his A** fired three or four years back. For some reason or the other you reward him instead of discipine him.
Go Jermaine, screw them for all you can get. Because, you certainly can. You are a worthless piece of crap and Indiana obviously wants crap, because you are staying evidently.

I sure would love to know what Jermaine has on all of you; it must be a doozy. Shame on all of you.

We as fans loves the Indiana Pacers and we would like to see them start to win and continue winning. They can't if they have Jermaine to intimidate them. I don't mean because he is so good they don't think they can come up to his standards, I mean he drags them down and won't let them play the game the way it should be played. The only reason they haven't been winning with him out this time is YOU don't want them to win. I feel sorry for the rest of the team. They too would like to win, but it is NOT a win, win situation, it is a JERMAINE situation. Well, you can have him. Play with him by yourself, because your team is getting disgusted with him as much if not more than the fans.

Larry, I have defended you so many times it is not funny. I thought you had more sense that to keep this jerk. I guess NOT. Perhaps you are as big a JERK that Jermaine is. Why do you want to hold the team down. Why don't you want them to win games. There must be a big tax write off.

I am NOT putting Jermaine down as a person, just as a washed up ball player. Get rid of him!!!! Stick a fork in him, he is DONE!

Bird should tell JO to light it up in the all-star game. After that, we'll run the offense through you, and--if you let it all hang out and help us win ten games before the deadline--we'll trade you to a team with a better record. Everyone happy? I know I would be.

And yet another incredibly thoughtful and insightful comment by the Pacer apologist. I hope mommy doesn't catch you on the computer again. She won't let you have your favorite Hot Pockets again if she does.
