As a heat fan it's hard to admit that there are other two guards, that have some skills more honed in than our beloved D-Wade however, let's look at some.Starting with kobe he won what three rings with a younger getting old shaq, but couldn't carry that three hundred pound whale of a man around and at the same time ignore his big mouth, tracy has had a young and up and coming big man for a while now and remember he quit a few years ago, choosing to cry about all of his problems, not one time have we heard Wade cry about pain either the one in his knee nor the one in his heart from the seperation from his wife.Ginoubili however you spell his name continues to have a big man that defenses have to worry about and a point guard that can carry the team without his help.I guess when we stop and look at it it's easy to see that van-gundy is not even in the top three coaches in his family much less in the league, oops that's right he's not coaching in the league.So he can't coach and he doesn't know talent.So let's just hope he wakes up and realizes that DWade was and still is the man.

What's vanishing was his disinterest in playing defense and handling the ball. His amateurist effort other than on offense was inexcuseable even with the injuries.

Wade got too much too soon. His EGO went up and his humbleness went down. He started playing for his stats instead of playing team basketball. I wonder if he could play on a team where someone younger and better became "the man".

What has Wade won WITHOUT Shaq and Alonzo? Nothing, unless you count one lone playoff series they barely won in seven games against a relocated Hornets team with a losing record.

You diminish Kobes Championships because they were with a younger Shaq. But don't forget that Kobe's championship teams were DOMINANT. They stepped on their opponents throat early, and never let off. There was no need for the other team to fall apart and a spectacular comeback because they were far superior.

the jeolous media says that Kobe chased Shaq out of LA. But Shaq wanted the max contract he was grandfathered into, 30 million for seven years. you needed to be fool to even pay him half that much. His feelings got hurt, and he took less elsewhere.

oh, Kobe has a winning record without Shaq, Wade has a losing record without Shaq.

another thing, when Kobe was winning championships his defensive assignments were reggie miller, allen iverson, and jason kidd/richard jefferson. who was wade playing d against: jason terry who was shooting and scoring well above his career averages

Thats not good, Wade. You have to think in Basketball, its not all athleticism. You saw Jordan, you saw how he outsmarted defenses. Its a thinking mans game too.

and Riley's greed. He should never
have come back last year for the playoffs. It was pointless because
anything less than 90% effective for a player like Wade is ineffective..and no way he was going to be close to 90%.
the team had developed chemistry, Shaq
stepped his game up, and they won 9 in a row without Wade, until Shaq slacked off once they clinched the playoff spot. not saying another title without him, but certainly a lot better than the 4-and out we got and the fiasco this year.

You need to follow your own screen name- Wade has not looked like himself this year. Not even close. I agree with most of the other bloggers here- he has gotten too big and his ego is getting in the way of winning. If you have seen anything else you need to take your meds and now!

I loved Wade the first three years, but last year and this year he has looked lazy and often has poor body language which shows that he is sulking and giving up. I hope its b/c he is hurt! I really really do!
I appreciate all he has done for this franchise and I think he is a genuinely nice guy, but I dont think he deserves a free pass.

pretty tough on Wade. One bad injured season where he still had good numbers and everybody wants to write him off? No wonder these guys don't like fans & media. The gives us his heart and you turn on him this fast. from reading all of these fan message boards all I can say is Wow you guys suck. Kobe went through the same losing when a fat lazy Shaq left a big hole in the roster and changed the whole complection of the team overnight, and he wasn't injured. Wade will be back next year and this team makes the playoffs with a good draft pick and a good FA signing to go along with Marion, and development of Cook. Wade would have to have 3 bad years in a row before I would dis him the way you guys have been doing. Tmac & B Davis have had a ton of injuries and they are in their 30's and lighting it up. Hopefully we have 10 more years with Wade on this team.

You know the saying when you play with bad players it makes you play bad. This team was DOOMED from the end of last season. In the off season Riley tried but could'nt sign anyone except smush parker!! Wade will be the man again and I have faith in Riley!! Let like I said before don't jump back on the bandwagon when we start winning again next season!! You guys are a bunch of frontrunners!! Go Heat!!
