Wasn't the reason why Flip, Casey and Whittman were fired was because they couldn't get the team to play with effort? Wasn't McHale was suppose to be the guy that can make players bring their best everynight?
Losing to the Wizards (15-49, Last Place in the Eastern Conference) at home is just straight up pathetic and embarrassing.
