Lakers hoping for more without less

lakers still rocks the nba as long as kobe is on the team but i think setting off ariza off is a mistake they would pay.......in critical situations

Ron Artest is a good guy. I hate that the media makes him look like if he is a bad guy. He lost his cool once with that famous brawl but he wasn't the only player fighting that day. When the media wants to paint a player the way the want to it ticks me off. Look what he did for Houston last year. Compare that to Terell Owens or Allen Iverson. At least he gives it his all when he is on the floor. One mistake a long time ago and the media keeps making him a bad guy. That's why he wants to win a CHAMPIONSHIP so badly so he can finally shut all the MEDIA up just like Kobe shut the media up saying he couldn't win a championship without Shack. Where are his props now that he won his championship without Shack?? You don't hear the media giving Kobe his props. Instead of giving Kobe his props the media looks to find someone else to critize like Ron Artest. That's their new guy to talk smack at. Peace out...

I think it was a big mistake to take Artest instead of keeping Ariza for Lakers. Ariza is younger and more active. The salery is about the same, why did Lakers not keeping Ariza? Besides, it takes time for Artest to learn the triangle offense. It seems to me that was a bad trade.
