What the Braves need is a hitting coach. Terry P is useless in the position. Dump him then take Chipper off the active roster and offer him a shot at hitting coach (he can't be worse than TP). Next release Glaus and bring up Freddy Freeman to play first base. Finally send McLouth down to AA and bring up any kid who has a year in A or better yet trade him for anything available. Melky and Diaz will both come around with the bat if offered a chance to play every day.
