"Listless" is a good headline for the story about the Cubs loss to the mighty Astros today. Then again, maybe somebody can tell Carlos Zambrano that the Cubbies traded for Steve Traschel if "Z" continues his post contract signing swoon.

Earl Weaver says this team is lucky to be in bleeping baseball. It is NOT a playoff-caliber team. The Cubs are fortunate to be in a VERY weak division. It's a shame that division will produce a playoff team ahead of a more deserving club.
