Another laugher tonight ... Pedro was a great pitcher in has day ... Unfortunately, now he is anywhere from 36 - 42 years old. Pack it in Pedro, there's a place for you as a pitching coach in some team's farm system ...

6.57 ERA = about a 9.0 ERA in the AL!
Hey KAT, how's your prediction about Pedro going so far?

It's The Same Old Song with the Mets they can't hit and pitch effectively on the same day. Three hits in Coors Field for a team with a $140 million dollar payroll. The Minaya era is rapidly coming to its conclusion. Unfortunately, the Wilpons will pick his successor.

Yeah the AL is sooo superior, how about those below .500 Reds beating up the Yankees.. Put the DH in the NL or get rid of it in the AL and there would be no disparities in ERA's or much else for that matter.

Can you imagin this Jiminez was 1-7 and we can beat him ? What goes that one night you can get 15 hits and the next day you dry up? It seems everytme the Mets get a lot of runs or a lot of hits the following game they can't win because they cant hit.I thought we had super stars that demand millions of dollars and they can't get the ball out of the infield on a ground ball or pop fly .
Delgardo killed another ralley last night ,hit into another dbl.play. Can you imagine bases loaded and no outs and they got zippo no runs boy thats pathetic. Manuel better get them out early to batting practice and have someone that can throw a fast ball or curve at them till they can hit it .Better see if theres anyone that is a position player that can throw that hard do it because we don' have any pitchers that know how to throw a curve ball or even throw a fast ball 100mph. Omar get on the phone and get us help and not a has been or a cripple or your out too !

Pedro Martinez was always an arrogant ***, so it serves him right, and the less-than-great 2008 mets.

Oh wow, the below .500 Reds took 2 of 3 from the Yanks! Typical Mess fan putting the world of emphasis on every pitch in a marathon of a season! Are you suggesting sub .500 teams should be winless over the course of a season?
I think you'll find the Yankees have been real good at beating the teams they are expected to beat of late! Unlike your team of choice!
