Ok, down Thursday 11-3. We need Omar to get a couple of starters...ya think? Pitching is absolutely horrible.
So Jason, who the F is available that Omar can trade for?

Not with his new 4 year deal Todd! The Wilpon's would never eat 4 years worth of contract and admit a huge mistake all over the same guy!
Well they're back home, at Ebbets field vs the Nats so they should be able to bounce back!
Enjoy the weekend buddy!

Yeah Jim old pal but wait until the Citifield spew their vile bile long enough, when they see an empty ballpark of no fannies in the stands, they'll think differently, believe me. Speaking of which, get ready for your archrivalry. Yankees-Sox at Fenway. Always a battle. Joba, Andy & AJ go for the Bombers. Should be a fun weekend in BEantown. Hopefully the Mets can take care of business against the even lowlier Nats. Then the Fish come in for 3. Then off to Philly & Atlanta for 5. Tough stretch. better wake up. Enjoy your weekend pal. Close to 90 this weekend back here in NY.

Jim, this weekend was a bummer. Weather was gorgeous back here but our Mets & Yankees stunk up the joint. Your team suffering a Fenwqy fiasco & my Metsies can't swat away the damn Gnats. Another crapola outing by Cuckoo Friend & ollie now at a numbing & alarming 9.31 ERA. 36 million dollars for this? Too bad Derek Lowe isn't on this team. He's pitching like an ace in Atlanta whereas Ollie is pitching like a joker, which he is. Add to that Beltran not sliding into second base & Murphy's Follies continue out in left & Wright striking out 3x. 23 k's in 70 AB's. terrible. I know you're going tosay take the 2 of 3. No way, you have to sweep the Nats. I thought my team was bad, Nats are worse. Now here come the Fish who are reeling themselves having lost 6 straight, 3 to the Phillies thanks to a lousy bullpen. I have a hunch they're going to end it against the ets. Maine, Livan & Johan next three. Too bad Johan can't pitch Friday in Philly. Johan vs Josh Johnson Wednesday. A rematch from the Easter Sunday game where Johan k'd 13 yet lost due to Murphy's error & Josh Johnson's 9 inning gem. You're off to Motown. See if they can reuperate from this lost weekend in Beantoen. CC starts it off tonight. Let's see what happens. Enjoy the day!!

I'm just going to take the patient approach. Neither team has looked good but I think they will. Beltran is playing well except for some reason he no longer slides. Perez is just a head case but nothing has changed regarding that problem. Wright is quality and is perhaps trying to do too much. I can't wait to get ARod back. The subs are killing us!
I could go on and on but you already know what I'm going to say so I won't!
Be well buddy and have a great day!

Daily Horoscope for January 1

Capricorn

Happy New Year, Capricorn! I don't think the hair of the dog will help much this morning! If you're socialising again today, keep a rein on your expenses, as there could be a slight confusion in financial matters. Friends will be at your side and bail you out if there is a crisis. Use your strong internal discipline to accomplish your personal goals this year.
