First, it was the injuries. Second, it was the grass in the infield was too long. Third, it was a balk being called. What is the excuse now? O's in last place. Yet, it seems everyone who participates on talk shows seems to feel Dave is doing an outstanding job under present circumstances. Prediction- if the O's do not win more than 65 games this year, attendance will drop below 1.8 mil. P.S. Guthrie took a pay cut this year versus last year. Not too bright!!!

How does JAMIE WALKER continue to keep a job? The "left-handed relief specialist" brought into a game to get a left-handed batter out never gets the job done but TREMBLEY keeps running him out to the mound! 2-3 Million dollars payed for that kind of effort is a joke!!

If Hill had been healthy to make the team out of ST, Walker probably would have been cut. Walker should be released when Hill is called up.

I hope you're right except there's talk in the organization of making HILL a starter. I honestly can't remember the last time WALKER came into a game and did what he was brought in for!

That's true and they would probably release the lower priced Hendrickson or Eaton first.

What they should do is use Sherill in the lefty specialist role now that he lost his job as the assigned closer. Trembley probably won't do it because he will likely want to save Sherill for the 9th just in case there are multiple lefties coming up to bat.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Pisces

Although you're busy putting the finishing touches to your Christmas preparations, you'll also have to pay attention to someone who's feeling neglected or unloved. Luckily, it won't take much to make this person feel better, so a big hug or a little consideration might do the trick. You should also bear in mind that they may be feeling nostalgic or sad about the past.
