The Phillies won inspite of a bad call at 1st, a call the Red Sox are quite familiar with that cost them a regular season game.
Baseball needs to install instant replay next season and take measures to speed up the game to offset the added time for play reviews. |

You hommies seem to be crying about the Tampa loss! I thought the Philly win was pretty damn good. I don't care that much about philly since I am a Marlins fan but it was a good win for the NL Phillies!

I can't stay awake any longer for these games to end. MLB is just digging a hole for themselves for not having these games on during the day. I know there was rain, but they should just have postponed this game. Some would say the ad time is more espensive at night, and baseball needs the revenue. Baseball does not need TV revenue to survive, they need fans for the future. Kids are switching to soccer & football, and only watch baseball if only their team is in the pennant race.
NFL play their games during the day, and the networks charge the daytime ad time the same as at night. Young fans will not hook on to baseball night games , and will rather watch football during the day. Sounds like Manny Ramirez will end up with the Mets or Yankees. Denver really likes Dan Uggla. A-Rod and Madonna are going at it like rabbits in her penthouse. |

I'm rooting for the Phillies. All you Florida people are total idiots!
