he is a piece of crap

He is no worse than a majority of other players post 1994. After '94 with the strike Selig needed to get fans back to the stands. A way to do this was to break records. So he turned his back on the rampant steroid use. It is all about money my friend. Bonds is no worse or guilty than anyone else, and btw he has yet to be declared guilty.

Basically, I agree with you - but Bonds* is far more dangerous than the "majority of other players post '94" simply because he is the only one that is threatening to destroy the crown jewels of MLB - its most important records - forever. Yes, Bud Selig is even worse - a complete waste of skin as a Commissioner; a man totally without integrity who thinks he will be remembered as a great Commish simply because MLB made record profits during his tenure. So, yes - you are correct that Bonds* is no more a fraud and a cheat than others of the 'roid era. But he stands alone in the damage his thievery of the HR record will visit upon MLB - far more damage than any player before him in the history of the game, for the simple reason that he is not being sanctioned. _I_ declare him guilty. I and every other true fan of the game. His behavior and his own words provide all the reason needed. This ain't a courtroom and we don't need lawyers' ethics - these are the moral bankrupts who have bled MLB nearly dry of its integrity in the first place. |

g.r. of syosset......very well said. and absolutely right on the mark. once he breaks the record, and his name goes into the books, thats it. what a total sham, from the commissioner on down. and what an arrogant, egotistical, liar, and poor excuse for a man is bonds. but i guess we persons who have at least some iota of honor, will never understand what goes on in the minds of persons like bonds. myself, i don't really give a damn. whatever happens insofar as he is concerned, aaron is, and will be, the all time home run king until someone comes along to break the record the old fashioned way, without steroids!

So when he breaks the record will it be legal or illegal.
I actually think that when A-ROD does his thing it will be much more memoriable and important. If people were concerned about the true game of baseball when he hits the home run everyone should stay quiet. No response at all |

when bonds breaks this record every other athlete will be in line congratulating him.....the only ones complaining will be the fans that do not know true athletes and the reporters that never played sports at any high level. What does that say? That every athlete knows thje real deal and that steroids have beeen in locker rooms in abundance since the 70's...it is a fact! Before and during and even today methamphetamine is in abundance as well. If you don't think meth is a performance enhancer just ask the next NYC cop you see. many times he has to fight to arrest a 145 pound methamphetamined up drug addict...they feel like they're 300 pounds..... far greater than the male hormone testosterone....hahaha,,, Please.....a 45 year old using male hormone replacementt therapy but when your wife goes on estrogen you don'ty say a thing about it....hahaha, they are both steroids.
What do you think Panama Lewis (boxing trainer )put in his fighters bottle of water.....steroids? NO it was probably methamphentamine to jack the guy up./.. So please...if you complain do your self a favor, take your overweight, 200 pound burger kinged, waiting for a heart attack body to the couch, eat some cookies and fall a sleep wishing you were a fit man, all the while criticising the greatest home run king of all time, Barry bonds. Do you think your wife like seeing you that fat and out of shape? Go for a run...try around the block and see if you can make it, ghahahahahaha |

What world do you live in??? Since the late 60's most have used steroids.... Some guys even used the street drug methamphetamine......How do you know Arron didn't use any? Never will any sport, olympics, swimming, anything be hromone free.....people are now finally starting to understand the benifits of proper hormone levels...do tyou think they will turn back advancement? Never........ Ask a 50 year old that can recuperate like when they were 30 if they will stop replacveing testsosterone.....ask a 40 year old women if she will come off her steroid, estrogen.....it will never happen and more and more people will use hormone therapy....Men are finally realising that women had the right idea 25 years ago when they started replacing their hormones... Sorry buddy but the hands of progress and time are against you on thios one. |
