Please for all that is Holy--Shut this franchise down.

Only team in MLB that does not have an "active" blog, only team that has dueling stooges for announcers, only team with 3,000 in the stands for opening pitch, only team without a LF, CF, RF, 3B and 2B, only team with only 2 reliable starters, only team with a Number 1 starter who appears on the verge of strangling his manager, only team to trade away a guy who will hit 600 Home Runs and win at least 2 batting titles for a Tripe A CF, a lefthander with no guts, a switch hitter who could hit from neither side, 2 soft tossing right handed stumblebums and a power relief pitcher who could not find plate--and if Dontrelle regains form this may go down as WORST trade in MLB history consumated by a cheap owner, a movie trivia/baseball bereft lackey and a GM who really doesn't have a chance--SHUT THIS FRANCHISE DOWN NOW!!!!!!!

I really mean it. There is no cogent reason to continue this farce. Look at the idiot they hired as a manager. I saw more fire in Bambi's eyes after his mom got whacked by that nasty hunter. Shut it down!!! Look at Uggla, think he gives a blank?/ Look at Hermida, think he cares/ All he wants to do is get his 6 years in and return to Marietta where he can teach Driver's Ed at Wheeler HS after getting his degree from Georgia Southern.

I don't know how much longer this can go on without a FULL SCALE LOCKER ROOM REVOLT. Once again Fredi made a STUPID bullpen move costing the team a win. It is so obvious that the team has QUIT on Fredi Gonzalez and are playing like it. 7-20 in the last 27 games. The bloggers with locker room access say he has COMPLETELY lost this team. Yet the IDIOT OWNER likes him and even gave him an EXTENSION! It'a a very bad situation here in Miami. The guy is a total IDIOT. Last year we had finally found our lead off hitter, Cameron Maybin. INEXPLICABLY Fredi takes the job away from him and puts him to bat 8th; HE NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO BAT LEAD OFF THIS YEAR AFTER BATTING .500 THERE LAST YEAR FOR THE FINAL 3 WEEKS OF THE SEASON. Kid's only 21 and loses all confidence. Marlins are forced to send him down to the minors, thereby losing not only their ONLY LEGIT LEAD OFF BATTER, but their best centerfielder as well! Fredi persists in playing Bonifacio at 3rd and the kid is starting to make errors there as he is a 2nd baseman, not a 3rd baseman. AND he is NOT A LEAD OFF HITTER, as he doesn't walk and strikes out too much. Having him bat leadoff has RUINED the entire line up. The season that had so much promise is going right down the drain.

PINTO is a SCRUB. A BUM. He was TERRIBLE LAST YEAR and he has just been LUCKY this year, NOT GOOD. He has been HIT HARD MANY TIMES, but the balls have been hit RIGHT AT MARLIN FEILDERS. Fredi had NO BUSINESS BRINGING HIM INTO A GAME LIKE THAT! The first thing he did was HIT a batter! Just like LAST YEAR when he would throw a wild pitch or hit someone IMMEDIATELY! Of course FREDI THE IDDIOT can NEVER bring in Nunez in the SEVENTH INNING, RIGHT? That FAT POS makes me SICK TO MY STOMACH!

Wow the false promise of the 11-1 start, the illusion of the starting rotation on paper and then, a total collapse. All the moves that were really based on saving money have finally backfired and the manager appears totally lost. Something has to be done, they can't just wait until the new stadium opens in '12! Or can they? This owner actually is allowing this to happen? What a slap in the face to those who follow the Marlins.

Dan Meyer has been fantastic out of the bullpen, but Fredi continues to use Pinto as his first choice lefty. I just don't see what Fredi sees in Pinto. He was terrible last year and isn't any better this year. Hermida back in right field, Coughlan in left and Bonafacio at third are terrible on defense. I have been a Marlins fan since '93, but my patience is wearing thin. This team is no better than a AAA minor league team. It's TV announcers aren't any better. They're like a dog and pony show. The recent trip to Milwaukee was a perfect example. Sausage races received more air time than quality baseball analysis. They never question a move by Fredi. It's like the manager is hands off.

Freddie has to go. Nothing he does makes sense. His lead off hitter is hitting .255 and can't steal second, the number 2 hitter is hitting .172, and is a second baseman playing left field. The second baseman is slow, hitting .195, and is the highest paid player on the team....and he has started every game but one. Every starting lineup is a symphony of stupitity. Gload sits, Coghlin plays. Helms sits, Uggla plays. Baker sits, Parino plays. Lefties who hit left hand pitching sit for right hand hitters who don't. The whole thing is one big goat fxxx!

Let me sum tIndividuals up for you this Group of individuals for the marlins. FUCKING ATROTIOUS!!! Im tired of the bullshit! Freddi needs to be gone imidiatley, there is ZERO Reason he should still have his job. He started the year 11-1, wait... we played the Nationals six times. Thats more than half the wins. This Team is Insanely Crappy. Uggla, My man I've said it time and time again... Youre done! Its either a strikeout or a popout everytime you and your buddy Hermida Step to t he plate. Bonifacio, Cant hit and now hes not fielding, Our Outfield has to be Top 3 worst offensive outfields of all time. I mean every team has one outfielder that will outhit the marlins entire Outfield Combine. Go ahead! Look for yourself. Im just tired of all the hypocrites talking about fans not going to the game as well. YOu Damn right! I pay myself through school and work for a lousy salary, and you think im going to waist my money and time to go watch a team who has quit on me? An owner who does not want to help out the team. Think about it fans, what more do we need to see, to realize their need to be some changes (7-20). Seven and Fucking 20. I'm gonna keep watching the games on T.V, whilke putting those two lamchops on mute because they do not analyze games. they kiss on Feddis ass, all the time. All I hear from them is the sausage race, the met head falling, amazing amezaga, regis fillman, ENOUGH OF THE NONSENSE! The team is hitting like a bunch of little leaguers. They cant field. They cant run bases, What Then? What? Would you like me to see loria, What? No F You and your slinky litle wallet. Your a disgrace. You keep your Profits and take beinfest, hill, and fredii on a nice lilte honeymoon just you four. because noone and I mean noone Wants to see any of you here anymore!!!!!!!!!!

The ownership team better start worrying about the product they are putting on the field.I understand the excited about the new stadium, how great the food is going to be,easy parking,no rain delays,e.t.c. but they never talk about how they are going to invest in a making this team better. They can have the best stadium in the world but if the team is horrible, and not competitive year in,year out people will not come.

Guys, last night was a perfect example of WHY they can't be critical of Fredi.

They have Dave Samson there, just to ask him questions about this team, and they are talking about him as if he were a baseball god because somebody hit a SINGLE while he was in the booth.

And they threw him softball after softball, and slower than a little league softball girl does.

Because they are SCARED of him and Loria.

Those are the people they keep around, the ones that are scared of them. That is why Girardi is managing the Yankees now, why Rick Kranitz is not helping these pitchers, and why Le Batard is discussing movies with Samson, because they are AFRAID to disagree with they low-wattage power brokers.

Ligero, meet Rhino. Rhino, Ligero. Ligero, come on over to the blog and join in there. You will find that Rhino is a kindred spirit.

That reminds me, Ligero, did you have a Corona for Cinco de Mayo? Esta muy Chulo!

Just to add my 2 cents.... Marlins management stinks. What did Samson say about the team last night.. Nothing, talking about how "Jeffrey" was the God of South Florida baseball. Jeffrey doesn't know the first thing about baseball... remember the Expos and what he did to them. Now only if he would spend some money on talent, from the manager on down, instead of pocketing the revenue sharing money. Don't worry Jeffrey, by the time the team is in the new ball park, there will be a zero fan base.

Actually, I have lost all desires to se games anmore! I turn it on and then flip tosee better games! As lng as Management doesn't care and keep sending Fredi out with the lineup, I will not pay any attention! It could be so nice to see a well managed team overachieve but they mess it up with a FAT PHART!
