If I managed Sox a few Rangers would be leaving town a little sore. Great Jenks did what he did. This Sox club may be lucky to play .500 ball unless they learn how to hit or Walker suddenly realizes he is a hitting coach.Lillibridge is a example of a player who is over match by big league pitching ,but Ozzie still starts him . Have a nice trip to Charlotte Jose.

The White Sox are nothing but a bunch of thugs.

There is no honor is what Sox players are doing. They dishonored the game when they threw the World Series and they dishonor it now.

Nothing new.

hahahaha...how dumb duz hawk look now after he literally pooed a brick about how pissed he was for the ump warnin him sayin there was NO WAY jenks meant to hit him...god hawk needs to retire!

jenks should worry more about showing his hitters how to reach base more than throwin behind a hitter who is lightyearssss ahead of any sox player in talent (and when i say talent i mean NOW not like the talent thome had 26 years ago)

At least Jenks stands up for his team mates, not like the 11 other spinless pitchers on the team ! Maybe Jenks sent a message to the rest of the teams, hit my team mates and br prepared to get hit. Good for Jenks, Ozzie can't say that but you know he liked it.

Jenks may be dumber than he appears, a monumental feat on it's own, but admitting he was throwing at someone equals a suspension and even if he doesn't get one now, he will soon.
Not very surprising coming from a guy who was cut by his last team for continuously lighting himself on fire.

ya it was quite a message he sent...the rangers came right back the next day and kicked the cr*p outta the sox again...as usual...talk about 100 years all you want hahaha quite frankly it duznt mean **** to me or most other cubs fans if you already know all of the things i said then im assumin you already know why your teams future is dim and the present is dimmer, all i know is only 1 team a year wins it all and to call the cubs a failure the past two years would mean that every single team besides the Phillies and Bosox are failitown before their redheaded stepchild on the poor side of town wins haha

Guillen doesn't protect his players. For every Sox player hit there should have been a Texas player hit. And then he says he doesn't think the Ranger pitchers were throwing at his own players. B.S. Find a manager that won't let his players become target practice for opposing pitchers.

When the Sox won their division over Minnesota last September, Jenks was excellent. He was interviewed on tv and he said he wanted to get back at Minnesota for what they did to us the week before. I was there on Saturday when he threw that pitch, it hit the backstop with a crashing thud.

Ever think of just getting over the Black Sox thing? The Mob had their hands in all of baseball and made threats against the Sox's family members. Besides, that was last century, last millennium ago.

Gotten over Julius Caesar getting assassinated yet? If I were you, I'd stop obsessing about Chicago's successful baseball team and be concerned with fitting another candle on that 100 yr and counting cake of yours.

it would be easy to get over the black sox thing, cept that is the most famous thing the white sox have ever done in the mlb...ya we know they won one of the least televised world series' in recent history, but to be honest no one outside of the southside slums of chitown cared...you still here espn and all the other shows talk about the marlins, dbacks, yanks, bosox, cards, angels...all those teams and still its like they never mention the sox, they are a small market team in a big market. they had their one fluke year to keep em afloat but i guarantee a helluva lot more baseball fans know about the blacksox than scott podsednik, cliff politte and the 05 sox haha

This admission made my day, especially after having to listen to that genius Hawk say the umpire made an "idiotic" decision to warn Jenks and that there was no possible way Jenks did it on purpose. Oh, no, of course not, that's not something the Sox would do! Hawk should have been the one to go off the air at end of last season and not DJ, though he's not much better.

Nice logic. I guess a lower rated world series victory is worse than a highly rated playoff sweep. Nice to see that the Cub fan crosstown angst has surpassed the Sox. I'd explain the difference between 'hear' and 'here''cept you prolly woodint understand.

And nobody who lives within 100 miles of the city uses the term Chitown.

Poor Cubbies. There are some expansion teams that have more World Series victories than they do. Marlins is one team that comes to mind.

When the pitcher hits someone or throws at someone that player ought to go to the mound and let the pitcher know he will not tolerate it. If the pitchers sneers or looks contemptuous -DECK HIM! That will stop the batters being thrown at.

Exactly.

The team has never had class, this is just another example.

And to be so stupid as to admit throwing at a guy? Wow..... that alone deserves a suspension.

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Aquarius

This is a good day for getting on with chores and mundane tasks. You'd much rather get them out of the way than have them hanging over you for any longer than necessary. What's more, you don't want to waste your time by doing things in the wrong order or by being so slapdash that you have to do something a second time. You're setting a terrific example right now!
