If A-Rod isn't allowed in the hall, then you had better take Bonds name off of the all time home run list and put Hammerin Hank Aaron back where he belongs. ********

If they're going to block Pete Rose from the HOF for gambling issues them A-Roid should be blocked as well.

It wasn't against the rules of M.L.B. at the time, and therefore cannot be punished. There were NO rules of any kind for steroids or performance enhancing drugs of any kind in place, so too bad.

It is up to the fans to ridicule these players. Mickey Mantle and many many others from the 50's & 60's admitted using amphetamines, an illegal drug.

Where's all the outcry on erasing their records?? That's what i thought....deafening silence.

End of story.

Hey stupid. A-Rod admitted that he took drugs that he knew were banned by the rules of his sport. They may not have been "illegal drugs" but if they were prescription drugs that he was taking without a prescription then what he was doing was illegal!

He cheated. PLAIN and SIMPLE.

If a doctor cheated to get his MD , would you go to him ?

If an airline pilot cheated to get his wings...would you want to fly on his plane ?

He did NOT cheat. There were NO rules against what he was doing.

When are some people going to learn to READ around here??

Virgo

So much love and effort. You want the day to be a big success, and it's going to be that way. You'll be very popular if you can bring some spontaneity to the day, such as springing an exciting surprise on everyone or swapping a tired old tradition for something much more interesting. You might also have an unexpected visitor at some point.
