If the day care or the web site left the option for either a good or a bad rating or review, then anybody should be allowed to give a good or a bad review without having to worry about getting attacked legally. The athorities should check out this day care to see if maybe this woman's review is really what happened instead of taking the word of the day care alone.

With 3 lawsuits pending by the school , all with 25, 000 asking in damages,it seems like the daycare put the website as a bait to make money to fund the school. May be time the state pull an audit on the whole operation.

For three people to make the basic same allegations and all be lying seems highly unusual. Seems to me the school is trying to intimidate people from saying negative things about it. Let's hope the defendants are brave and counter sue if this is the case.
It also sound like the school is on short legs and the administration know that.
