Crede needs to be sent home, he has lost whatever skills he once had.Swisher needs to be horse-whipped for his daily inept performances, I am so sick of watching him, and others, try to hit an offspeed pitch or watch strike three pass without swinging and then stare at the umpire.
Why can the fans see Floyd has pitched far enough and Ozzie keeps him in one inning too long?

I was at the game last night and I agree. Swisher was just brutal at the plate. Two Ks and two other balls that didn't leave the infield. It was a shame with the Twinkies losing that the Sox couldn't put it together. Floyd threw well for seven innings. When he came out in the 8th, his pitch count was still pretty low, but it seems something happens to him when he hits 80. As for matt Thornton and Boone Logan, I feel for them like Michael Corleone felt for Fredo: "Nothing! You're not my brother, you're not my pitcher. You're nothing to me now; you're dead!" All Thornton had to do is get one more out and the Sox would have been in the dugout only chasing one run. And where the h**l is Scott Linebrink?

Let someone else deal with Joe.Just like we let someone else deal with Scottie Pods hurts. Thanks for the memories.I believe Joe back has not been right all year.Look at all the diving plays he has made.He can not move left or right.KW will have to do some heavy lifting this winter.

You guy's are both right . I like swish i think he's has a little funk gonin on. My question of the day is why isn't Brin Anderson playing ? This kid gives 110% everytime he's out there. Is this a problem with Ozzie not liking him personally or what.Definitely Brian before Griffy.

Griffey needs to be released. He has brought nothing to the Sox.Can't run, definately can't swing the bat anymore. One homerun since joining the Sox,and that one barely cleared the bullpen fence in right.Crede has no value for the Sox.Two years of part-time play.Sox need to make plans for another third baseman.Don't think Fields is the answer.Swish also needs to be sat down and let someone else play.

I agree, Abderson should be playing, sure seems like Ozzie has something against this kid, who supposedly is the best defensive outfielder on the team or in the whole orginaztion ! Last night why night pinch hit Fields for Swisher or Uribe ? Is he hurt ? And whats with Ozzies love for Wise ? yes he has played good, but I think Anderson would be a better choice, and Horacio Rameraz (sp) can he be any worse ? Griffey, he's done sad to say but he brings zero to the team ! Jeeze Ozzie get you head out of your rear, starting to look like you have money on the Twins

Yeah, it's called a .221 career batting average.

Griffey is hitting .252 over the last month compared to Anderson's pathetic .158.

I can see why you'd avoid someone like Anderson and drop him in during the late innings rather than letting him bat.

Where the heck is Linebrink? With all of these injuries piling on, this team will have to find new ways to win. 3 games in Minny the Sox better start now thinking that far ahead or this season is over.
