If you check the map you will see that this area is 60 some miles away from the city of Philadelphia. So, Philly sports will and should get priority.

There is a rest of the world out there, much of which plays sports fora better than seen in Philly. Also, this area has plenty of fans who aren't fans of Philadelphia teams.

It's also 100 miles from NY, and only 80 miles from Harrisburg....
