Why not go back so far? let's count the last 10 years. Yankees 3 Redsox 1. Want to go back further? 89 years maybe? Then you can say you have 2.

Actually I have none last century either. I'm not a member of any major league baseball team.

This has got to be killing Yankees fans!! Towards the end of the regular season, the Sox were slipping, and the Yankees were surging. All of a sudden, the Sox are on a fast track to their 2nd Championship in 4 years. I won't crown them yet (I don't want Yankee's fans to send me death threats. Bella I know you're coming after me), but the Sox are looking good right now. Best of luck to both teams since my team has been out of the race since August.

Beckett allowed six hits over seven innings and improved to 4-0 with a 1.20 ERA this October. He also has 35 strikeouts and only two walks.

Sick!!

Hey, the Sox are a great team. I am impressed.

But once they start breaking down (Papi sure was limping around those bases) the honeymoon will be over.

The Yanks are in transition. I can expect controversy, struggle, loss.

I am realistic. Unlike you Red Sox fans who think that you win two world series and all of a sudden you are the best team in the history of baseball.

That is what makes you infants.

You probably weren't even a real sox fan until they won in 04.

Who's job did it cost? They had no manager for next season so it didn't cost anyone a job.

Yup, can't argue with that.

Torre was a good man, not sure about how much of a good man-ager he was and how much of those victories were simply because the players were just awesome and hungry.

Guess we'll find that out next year with a new manager.

Stop living in the past? You're the one's who shove 2004 at Yankee fans whenever we kick your proverbial asses. Then you start crying again if we bring up the fact that The Yankees have 26 and the redsox have a whole mind boggling ..........2. Yes that's TWO. 26 to 2. That's 92% more titles than the redsox.

Good win for the Sox and us Sox fans. 13-1! But, it still only counts as one game. Three more to go. I think tonight is a "must win" for Boston. Can't go back to Denver 1-1. If they do, they'll end up like they did with Cleveland and we don't want another series of being down 1-3. One good thing, the bats, 1-9 in the line-up are starting to come alive. Lugo with two hits! Unbelievable.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Gemini

Mercury will backtrack through your finances over the next few weeks, which isn't a very seasonal thought if you're already well aware that you've overspent this month. Be prepared to do some juggling or to seek expert advice if you're worried about how you're going to cope. You may be kept busy handling inheritance, tax or insurance matters, preparing investment analysis, and allocating funds for the repayment or collection of debts.
