Let me guess, you are either Leah Ayers or her relative. She broke the law- she should be punished. The police caught a psycho stalker/thief.
Get over it "dad".
I doubt that her father is going through some stupid forum trying to defend his daughter.

Wow! Do you love spending your money in foolish ways. We are the most incarcerated nation in the world. How much longer can we support our judicial system if these are the types of crimes we prosecute to the fullest extent according to your desires. I believe we have a real crime problem in this country and I think we should address those crimes that are serious. Things like fraud and violence. I'm sure you're one of those less taxes Republicans that want more people to go to jail. THAT MEANS MORE TAXES. Did she take the pictures like a voyeur does? Don't compare apples and oranges. She did steal information and maybe she deserves some punishment, but the idea of spending important resources for this type of crime defies my sense of priorities. Let's go after the real criminals. Again, if you don't want someone to see your pictures don't be STUPID enough to put them in a place where a 19 year old from Minnesota can find them and show them to others! If Grady Sizemore weren't a famous athlete would we even be having this discussion? If he loses income where is his responsibility in all this? He's just like so many of his colleagues- A dumbshit who couldn't keep his clothes on. And you want to prosecute a 19 year old because of it. Good luck. America is filled with people that want to punish and not pay for it. I'd rather fund my school system and give future Americans a chance at an better life. We can't put everybody in jail. How about limiting it to those that NEED to be in jail.
So IF I understand what you are saying then you sound like you would be ok with someone hacking into your computer and stealing your photos, or better yet, your banking information, and then sending the pictures out across the website, or spending your cash they stole???? Wow. We can just make sure that the police don't help you if it ever happens then.

I agree with just about everything you say, however, someone needs to pount out that teenagers acting like idiots need to be held accountable for their actions. This 19 year old is an adult and needs to realize that theft is theft. Stealing pics off of a computer, may seem innocent to some, however, how would you feel if they were pictures of you? Would you still believe that it is a waste of money to prosecute the individual that did it to you? I feel safe in saying that I believe you would want this person in jail or at least have to serve some type of punishment....even if it means wearing a pink jumpsuit cleaning ditches for 100 hours.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Taurus

Try hard not to let money or possessions come between you and a friend today, unless it's over something that has got to be sorted out before it goes any further. For instance, if someone owes you money and has consistently failed to pay it back, this is a good day for mentioning it to them and finding out what's going on. If necessary, you may have to be quite vehement.
