Come on!!! If you don't want pictures to be published here's an idea, don't take them. The world has changed and if you aren't smart enough to realize that, than too bad. Now the police are investigating and our tax dollars will be used to prosecute this teenager. What a waste of money. Grady Sizemore must not be very smart and let's see, his girlfriend takes her clothes off for money. Hummmm.... another sign that the world is getting more screwed up.

This girl is creepy. What she did was wrong. Binger and Sizemore have every right to be upset about the situation, regardless of whether or not she poses nude for Playboy. Those pictures were PRIVATE, sent to HER PRIVATE email, not for the world to see. It doesn't matter that "the world has changed" uptownborn63, what the crazy chick did was wrong and she should be punished.

Wow, blame the world for police doing their job? You have some serious messed up priorities. This "teenager" deserves to be punished just like any person snapping a voyeuristic photo under the bathroom stall. She invaded someone elses privacy, stole information, and spread it out to the world without consent, thereby possibly jeopardizing the economic welfare of the victims. She deserves no leniency, NO MATTER THE COST....Kudos to the police for doing a thorough job...which is exactly what you are paid to do...keep up the good work... At least our tax dollars are actually being used to catch criminals....unfortunately there are too many more out there...starting in the White House.

Meh... the man at work always reminds us that we should treat all e-mails as a postcard. Sounds reasonable to me. There should be no expectation of privacy on the Internet, especially since MySpace, Facebook and Twitter have demolished it.

If you left your car keys on the hood and walked away, any thief is still wrong. But is it reasonable to expect your car to be there?

If someone mails something to you, it is illegal for someone to steal it from your mailbox. This is the new version of mailbox theft. It's still wrong.

Wow! Do you love spending your money in foolish ways. We are the most incarcerated nation in the world. How much longer can we support our judicial system if these are the types of crimes we prosecute to the fullest extent according to your desires. I believe we have a real crime problem in this country and I think we should address those crimes that are serious. Things like fraud and violence. I'm sure you're one of those less taxes Republicans that want more people to go to jail. THAT MEANS MORE TAXES. Did she take the pictures like a voyeur does? Don't compare apples and oranges. She did steal information and maybe she deserves some punishment, but the idea of spending important resources for this type of crime defies my sense of priorities. Let's go after the real criminals. Again, if you don't want someone to see your pictures don't be STUPID enough to put them in a place where a 19 year old from Minnesota can find them and show them to others! If Grady Sizemore weren't a famous athlete would we even be having this discussion? If he loses income where is his responsibility in all this? He's just like so many of his colleagues- A dumbshit who couldn't keep his clothes on. And you want to prosecute a 19 year old because of it. Good luck. America is filled with people that want to punish and not pay for it. I'd rather fund my school system and give future Americans a chance at an better life. We can't put everybody in jail. How about limiting it to those that NEED to be in jail.

How private is anything on the net if a 19 year old from Minnesota can access those pictures? It does matter that the world has changed and Sizemore and Binger deserve some responsibility for what happened. If you want privacy put the pictures in your drawer at home. What I'm saying is this shouldn't be a police priority when our country has such significant issues. Is this an appropriate way to spend our limited resources? I say no. If you believe in lower taxes you certainly shouldn't be for more people in jail.

This is whats wrong with people- so these two lovers sent pictures to each other- no crime- then steps in a psycho stalker fan who hacked her email which is ILLEGAL by the way, sends them all over the internet/world. And you are slamming the victims. That's messed up!

Let me guess, you are either Leah Ayers or her relative. She broke the law- she should be punished. The police caught a psycho stalker/thief.
