Come in off the ledge, Paul. Had the Cubs provided Hill with any offense at all, you would have been singing the praises of how Hill turned it up a notch, going seven innings and allowing only three hits. But instead, the sky is falling, and the Cubs need Sean Gallagher to bail them out. Whine, whine, whine, baby.

Eric Munson's two-out RBI single off Michael Wuertz came on a very FAT pitch, with first base open. Make Munson chase it. Putting him on first means nothing to the Win/Loss column. Big Fat pitch. And who's to say Soriano doesn't strike out two times to make it 15. I still like our chances going forward and still worry more about the Cardinals than the Brewers.

Last night was a pitcher's duel. Wandy Rodriguez and Rich Hill had everything going. It was just a tough loss for the Cubs. No one panic!

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Cancer

Someone dear to your heart isn't exactly a barrel of laughs today, are they? Is it your imagination or are they taking a perverse delight in spreading doom and gloom in all directions? If they've got good reason to be miserable then they deserve your sympathy, but even so it may not last for long. Try to keep active and cheerful, otherwise you'll also develop a tendency to brood.
