Like I said last week , I have been a Cub fan for 40 years , thats why I predicted the Dodgers would win in 5. I was far too optimistic as I smell sweep for the choking , gagging Cubs.

Anyone still on board using typical Cub excuses is a sucker. They lost one fan the other day. I say start a movement to shut the team down. Any that has failed this long, doesn't deserve to play. Losing to an inferior Dodgers team was the final nail.

Get real,'losing to an inferior Dodgers team ...' We swept you ! During the Playoff series, someone would have called a paramedic but there were no signs of life !

The Dodgers did win, I'll give them that. Their talent level was inferior to the Cubs and I stand by that, but they won. Can't take that away from them.
From a sentimental standpoint, I'll wish the Dodgers well because of Greg Maddux.

Done with the Cubs and MLB. There's a good minor league team near my house. Affordable and entertaining.

Well...there is always next year...and here we are again...watching the Cubs stumble along in fourth place...but only 4 games back...will we see a reverse of last year?

With the Dodgers steamrolling to a Division Championship...and the Cubs pulling one out of their arses? As a life-long Cubs' fan...I can only hope so...but the Cubs certainly like to Choke down in the post-season.

The Dodgers will continue last fall's slaughter with a big week-end sweep of the cub team.
