Both have been very good up to this point. Slowey however was not good his last start either and it turns out he is now on the DL. Dickey, well, every once in awhile a knuckler will get hammered, ball doesn't move or something I guess. All in all, the Twins have been lucky to have both of them performing well this year, 10 wins from Slowey and Dickey has probably assisted another 10 wins.

Any idiot manager, trainer, etc. should have suspected an injury in the previous Slowey outing. This team can be clueless too often! Slowey - thank you for being such a macho man and putting 2 losses on the chart.

I have never understood why managers send a revolving door of pitchers out to the mound to pitch to one player, or get one out. Even if a reliever seems to be in a groove, he's pulled to substitute another who may or may not be as effective--just because of the theoretical matchup with a batter. This leaves the squad short of pitchers toward the end of a game and the Twins (especially) get shellacked. Quit overthinking the game?
