The boys will finish with a record of 86-76. Attila from Chicago, that 2 point loss to Indiana State in the Final Four was heartbreaking. 1979!!!!!!!!!!

Being pleased with the positives is great, but as we have seen, it doesn't win ballgames, and that's what the game is all about. Trembley is beginning to sound like Johnny Oates re:trying to find something positive to say after a nother game of no offense and herendous base running. This problem really needs to be addressed.

I will say it again guys and girls i am all for this rebuiding process and i think andy has done a wonderful job, but if you can't see some of the negatives coming out of all this then we are all missing the big picture. 1 NICK M is already trying to do to much and is batting is really starting to be affected, especially starting to move him from 2 and 3 . Ramon was in Dave's dog house last year and you can see the lingering effects , he doesn't want to be here and is just going through the motions , NO EFFORT ON HIS PART AT ALL.3. BRIAN ROBERTS was playing hard when we we winning , but he is another guy that doesn't want to be here.4 i agree that we are building our pitching staff up first but how in the world did andy think that the offense would be nearly good enough with that over the hill bunch What this all really shows us as fans is how really bad this organization has been the last 10 years in developing any position players. It is really sad to put that minor league line up out on the field day in and day out.

That loss to Larry Bird And was nothing compared to my years at DePaul. Now THAT was an absolute disaster (pardon my understatement)! It was bad enough that the Orioles' offense (or lack thereof) failed to capitalize on two defensively-suspect A's outfielders (Emil Brown & the repulsive Jack Cust). But to have one of them (E-Mil) actually drive in the winning run? I'm very concerned. Praise the Lord for Crystal Palace Baltimore! They've won its first two matches this season, both shutouts. They host the Wilmington Hammerheads (0-0-2, 0 pts.) this coming Saturday at UMBC Stadium for a 7pm kickoff. GO PALACE! http://www.crystalpalaceusa.com/ |

Way to go, Attila. Don't let those bullies stop you from posting that website, either. The Orioles will finish 86-76. |

If we can beat the Yankees in the season series (last year we tied them, going 9-9 in head on play), our 86-76 record might be enough to win the wild card. Yes, the Red Sox will win the division.

What are the Orioles doing to remedy the lack of offensive production?

Trembley has a double standard for Millar. When anyone else screws up or doesn't hustle, he calls them out. With Millar it's just "I'd rather think about the good things." Well guess what, Dave? You don't get to do that when you lose. Your little Mendoza Line hitting cheerleader that you run out there every day for your amusement blew the game for us, just like he's blown many others by being a black hole in the middle of the lineup or not being awake on the basepaths. It's time for Millar to move on to the NESN broadcast booth!

Joe i couldn't agree with you more. You hit home with your comments and just because he is the club house clown that makes everybody laugh ,doesn't mean that he deserves to still be on this team. maybe he should join the circus and make everybody laugh. He is so over the hill that it is laughable. I am a little disappointed in dave in that he preached and preached about playing smart and playing hard and they are doing neither. Ramon shouldn't even be on the team with his lack of hustle and just going through the motion.
