That game was a nail biter for sure. I hope for the Rays fan's sake they get a new park because the one they play in now has as much ambiance as a bus station. No life at all. But I digress, nice to see the O's bounce back.

Good win. DC pitched well. Need this one. O's fans have to be patient with this team. They appear to hustle for 9 innings. We need some fannies in the seats this week and O's fans, don't let the Yankees fans outdraw us this weekend. It's embarressing.

Ramon, it's not how high your average is - it's when you get your hits that counts. Just as Brooks. Good job. Way to bounce back Birds.

Pena slams two HRs off Walker on Friday, yet Trembley lets him pitch to him again?

Where's Earl Weaver when you need him?

I was able to go to the first game of the series down here at the Trop. If we've learned anyhting from this series is that Jamie Walker should never face Carlos Pena ever again. I'm a big Walker fan, but clearly Pena's got his number. The 3-2 win last night was big. The new O's are really contributing to the strong start so far and the O's scouts should be congratulated for properly advising management in the off season. Also, Bradford needs to stop balking. He really got away with the pick off play last night. He's definitely going to get called for it some night. Luke Scott, what a find!

The Rays do have plans for a new ballpark. Just log on to their website and take a sneak peek. If realized, it looks to become the best ballpark in Major League Baseball.

GO ORIOLES!

I was at shea stadium today to see the mets-brewers. It was amazing- there were three other o's fans proudly displaying their gear just in my section. I saw more o's aparrel today than I did Red Sox. Go O's!
