Francima deserves a spot in baseball, just not as the manager. His game decisions are often naive or simply missing. Give him a couple pom-poms and let him cheer. That's more than Grady got.

Don't forget to sign pitching coach Curt Young to a long-term deal.
Contrary to belief, he's not a cardboard cutout that's placed in the Suxie dugout at the start of games. He's a keeper.

Also, sign Fairy-tek to a lucrative 4-year deal. His rifle arm is worth every dime.

Who else would wear that big C on their uniform? Maybe they could make Crawford wear the C? His play surely is inspirational.
