Mayb a new park would bring a new WINNING attitude to our rich LOSER Cubbies. Of course when you vote for crooked City Officials year after year, you DON"T deserve a winner. Just look at IOC , they voted against Chicago and our LOUSY President, Daley, and Oprah.
