Peralta Traded To Tigers

Great just what the Tribe needs another minor leuger.Please trade Shapiro for one.Indians can contend in 2014 if they dont trade this guy a way for another single A guy.GO TRIBE

I can't agree more ccb, while I know that Jhonny Peralta was not doing well lately he still gave his heart to Cleveland. I am amazed at every player that is willing to stay and help out the Indians are the ones we seem to trade, and then there are those like CC Sabathia, Manny Ramirez, Albert Bell(ugh scratch that he was an idiot), Jim Thome who all really loved Cleveland (yeah right) but did what was best for them and left us high and dry and we got absolutely nothing for them. We throw our players away every year and every year we are a farm team only each year we are a worse farm team. They need to FIRE SHAPIRO AND THE DOLANS, it is not fair to the fans to have these individuals who cannot afford the Indians representing us.

Guess I will make the Cleveland Indians my number 2 team now and it is a tie between Detroit and Yankees on my first choice but think Detroit has the edge because I liked Peralta.

Hooray. They finally got rid of the over-paid inconsistant jerk. He has the reputation around baseball of being the easiest player to strike out with a curve ball. Hate to say it but it is time to unload Travis Hafner also. It is the only way we can keep the younger players playing everyday.

If you are going to blame anyone, blame Dolan.You forget Shapira has to do what Dolan says. Talk to some players, they will tell you it's not Shapiro. I have a great friend who works at Progressive field. You would be amazed at the truth. Remember Bill Belicheck taking the heat for Art Modell! Same thing here folks only it's Sharpiro taking the heat not the coach. The younger players that have been waiting in the wings are doing the job.
