I can't blame Freddie for this loss when the team goes 0-15 w/risp, but what in the world was he thinking in the eigth when he let Calero pitch to another batter with the bases loaded? Worst still is why did Boni hit with Helms, Paulino and Carroll sitting on the bench min the ninth?

Fredi says....I thought our approach against Penny was good - I guess that means not hitting well in men on base situations was good. Fredi - 0 for 15 - the approach stunk.

And keeping Calero in, are you nuts. Sometimes a pitcher just has a bad day. Everyone in the park but you and Wiley saw it.

We will never be a team to contend with Fredi and the rest of the bumbling management team, from top to bottom, here in Florida.

Right on...if you mean MLB vs. Triple A. Boston is an example of what a true professional franchise looks like. Marlins are a Caribbean Traveling Amateur club. And stop putting blame on Fredi...he's a decent guy working for a bunch of schmekels who won't buy him the MLB tools.

Sorry Bullshark, Fredi might be a decent guy, but he does not know how to manage a baseball team, at any level. I do agree with the schmekel part though. Loria and whiney baby Samson are greedy toads who would not give anyone the tools to win. Just keep on stuffing the money from revenue sharing into your pockets boys.

Hey, I agree he's no Leo Durocher, but if he is made the scapegoat that deflects from the real problems...Loria and The Bagel Bandits.

Yeah a true professional franchise that buys world series titles.

Save your Boston low life worship for the Red Sox forums.

The S Fla fans don't get a chance to support top players, groom 'em and then they're gone. Allan B, it is a tired story.

He is batter between 185 to 214 since the 2008 Allstar break, he has a helicopter swing that will not hit any good pitching. Watch all his homers and it is a result of a pitcher who did not read scouting reports and just groved a fast melon in the kill zone.

Struggla is a great name. He plays all the games because they want to turn him into a profit, you know, like buying a cheap hog in the market, fatten him up and sell him for a profit so that you can have your chihuahua son in law go on TV and continue his bla bla bla. what great geniuses they are. OH yeah , show me if it wasn't for that lucky moment of Steve Bartman and Mckeown and all of that 2003 circumstantial miracle (ramon castro and mordecai and mckeown contributing heavy to a world series, pleeeeeeeease) there would be nothing to show other than all those dozens of FORMER MARLINS playing big for teams that want to win it all.

THE MARLINS are an accounting firm, a boiler room that buys cheap and claims to sell high... all those players that used to be Marlins. OH WOW.... they come here and get all the playing time and when they get good, they are packed and sealed for profit.

Hermida is batting around 200 vs. lefthanders and yet he is there playing all the games, including against lefties, Pettitte, etc. And Uggla, plays all the games. WHY... they want to be showcased to see if they get hot and can be sold. AND IT WILL BE THE SAME DOWN IN THE NEW STADIUM WHICH BY THE WAY... IT IS A ROBBERY BETWEEN THE LORIAS AND THOSE BANANA REPUBLIC POLITICIANS IN MIAMI. They heisted Miami again... even bigger than Louis Schaffel and Billy Kangaroo Cunningham.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Leo

If you look closely, you'll see a black cloud hovering over a loved one's head. They'll find the smallest excuse for losing their temper or throwing a tantrum, so tiptoe around them or try to jolly them out of their filthy mood. If the situation continues you may decide that it would be better to get the inevitable argument out of the way than to pussyfoot around them any longer.
