It's too bad about Bonser. He looked at the end of last season as if he might be warming up to the relief role and might have been a contender for the set-up job. He has a lot of critics, and it would have been better, as someone else said, to either win or lose a roster spot in healthy competition. Maybe Bonser can go on the disabled list and still get a fair (last?) chance at some point.

Crede's wish to get swinging the bat shows that the guy is not afraid to play and wants to get in there. He appears to be the type of player who would not stay off the field because of a minor injury or soreness. This guy could really work for the Twins. We'll know more once we can see him play third base.

A third team in Ft. Myers would help the Twins by reducing travel time in Spring training. They never come up too far in the state (or rarely) anyways.

It will be interesting to see Bonsor's results. What the team does with him and Humber should have depended upon their play, and now it looks like Bonsor may not be able to pitch for a good while.

Incredibly bad timing for Bonser. If he has fully embraced being a middle reliever, with his fastball he could turn into another Latroy Hawkins.

Gardy is right about Crede, gotta hold him back a little. He's probably too anxious to prove he's healthy and deserved the contract.

I see nothing but good things for the Twins this year!

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Cancer

You may not be privy to every little thing that's going on around you, but so what? Crabs can't always be in control, but you don't need to feel insecure, either. Thanks to your electronic devices, you appear to be a little godlike to those who don't have the same access as you do at the moment. Just make sure that you memorise the important stuff in case the system goes down.
