I love how crappy Bonfiwhatever plays at third and hitting.

The only thing missing from this game was Matt Lindstorm throwing away 10 runs in the last inning

'97 '03, but sadly this seems to be the year the streak ends thanks to FAT ASS Fredi and the crap marlins

So tired of everything witht his team. First inning, leadoff coglan Walks. Doesnt move from there. Second inning leadoff Uggla walk, doesnt move from there.Hey Freddy!!!! Its Tim Lincicuem! Not Nolasco, not Miller, not West, not Sanchez. Lincecum!!!You need to get him while hes down man. What the **** more do you need to see freddi? We cant score runs you have to mother****** facture them. Oh By the way, Last inning Leadoff hit by Gload, Down one. 3-0 Count to Uggla. He fails to get him over. No Bunt! No good swings! then Hermida deep lione drive to center... would have gotten gload to third had uggla sacrificed him. And then what everyone saw coming... a Cody infild hit that would have tied the game. Thank You Mr. Gonzales... You Ble on another straw yesterday.

Luis, not only that, but Bonifacio, if he doesn't make third base into the Bermuda triangle, would have been able to keep that third run from scoring, letting us get to extra innings.

Nolasco = Scott Olsen. Getting no support, and getting agnry because of it.

Guess he will be the next pitcher traded for daring to get sick and tired of the porous defense.

the fact that NOBODY is getting in Blooper-facio's face when he screws away games like that shows that there is no need to fire the manager, we ALREADY have no manager.

Baseball is being disgraced by Fredi and his lack of game knowledge! And that fat frik Whily could just stay home and draw his salary and we would be better off! I would have demanded to be traded if Whily were my pitching coach! Fric & Frak have to go!

Bonifacio is weak. Not only in his game but mentally. Let me explain. Look at his first couple of games.. he was riding high. All of a sudden they figure him out high fastballs and his done. He Goes TWO MONTHS And still he hasnt figured it out. You have to have baseball knoledge man. Now look at Coglan. The rookie comes up the second month of the season and leads the team in walks. Is aggresive hitting the ball, has plate disipline, and most importantly learns from his mistakes. You will not see this kid make the same mistake twice. And has nayone seen Hanleymand Bonifacios Lackadisical Throwing? They lobb the ball to first! And I understand lack of fielding talent or hard hit balls being missed. But LAZY throws and lack of hustling for balls throughtout the team Falls on managements shoulders!!!!!!! It is unexcusable.

Luis, your assessments are pretty accurate. Do you think this town deserves a quality franchise? Or are we getting just what we pay for?

Bonifacio has made plenty of mistakes but I think he has good upside potential. He's arguably the fastest man in MLB and creates big problems for the opponents when he does get on base.He can steal bases, bunt, and also just turned 24 and improvement can reasonably be expected with experience. And dont forget he's also playing out of position. I'm much more upset with Hermida who's been a 3-4 yr starter and still doesnt do anything well.

Bullshar, I must that I do believe we as fans in general should recieve more. And im not only talking about ownership but players in general. We should get to watch an exciting team everyday. We should see some passion, commitment, determination, etc. But we dont I see this team night in and night out, and they just dont dont show it man. And as far as getting what we pay for. you hit it on the head. You pay for a Jeremy Hermida, and youre going to get a jeremy hermida... a below average outfielder and 260. hitter with the occasional and I mean occasional bright day. Theres a reason why as much as I hate the phillies they are in first. Those guys have 4 all-stars in their infiled, and theyre all PAID. Bullshark, just out of curiosity did you also not find something wrong with the marlins attitude when they went 11-1 to start. It wasnt "Yea were good enough to make the playoffs and were showing it". It was more like and I quote Jeremy Hermida.." Were playing well right now just gonna ride it as far as we can and hopefully keep it rolling". And that after the guy hit two homers in washington!!! Common man. Puff your chest out a litle and show some confidence. Its not being cocky just letting your fans know hey were for real. Not hey, enjoy it while you can.

Luis..that's what I meant about this team's "mission statement." The philosophy of acquiring players in the hopes you get a few good years out of them before you have to pay them what they're worth and then trading them off for more prospects doesn't inspire fan OR player loyalty. The exception being the Ramirez contract, which may have been just a temporary concession to influence the stadium deal. I don't trust or respect this ownership and I don't think the players do either.
