BFD, this doesn't surprise me a bit. The team in the largest market with the most money to spend on players (and they do spend) should win the series every year. It surprises me more when they don't win the series. I think baseball needs to pass a very strict salary cap rule that would cover salaries, bonus' of any kind, gifts or anything else to put all of the teams on even ground. One of the reasons I don't watch baseball. There are way too many games too.

Just goes to show you...money can buy anything. The Yankee Organization has the money to buy and expect the best from the best. As with any sports teams contracts expire, trades, retirement, etc. I think you'll see some changes with the Yankee team next year.

Congratulations to the Redsox Nation. Hope you all had a nice seat to watch the series from! Most of you probably sat on the edge of the bandwagon you jumped on over the past 10 years! Don't worry, Boston will be back with a vengeance, once it can sign another Manny or two.
