the twins pitchers got jobbed by the ump tonight. that r.a. dickey pitch was strike 3, out 3 on dye on the top of the sixth and should have been it for the top half. instead that p.o.s. ump (who was missing strikes all night) gave dye a free pass to first and that was the difference in the game. gardenhire should have gone out there and ripped the umps head off after that. feel lucky pale hose, the twins (and the home plate ump) gave you this win tonight.

In your dreams the Cockroaches should have won that game. The pitch you WISH was a strike was high and inside. The only reason the game remained close was because the Sox missed so many scoring opportunities. They left eleven men on base. Your Cockroaches only left three, and two of those were in the ninth when Jenks tried to give you the game. Really, the final score could have been 15-4, with only former Sox Joe Crede contributing to your cause.

You know, you whine like a Cub fan. Go ask Tim Pawlenty or Norm Coleman for some sympathy, cuz you won't get it here.

As a Twin fan in your heart you wanted a strike but clearly Mauer pulled ball into strike zone. Finally Sox won a game Twins style. A few walks ,bloop hits & some stolen bases.

I liked crede, but I'm glad kenny pulled the trigger. His .220 is getting us nowhere. Beckham is looking good and hopefully carlos can repeat his last year performance.

Whine like a Cub fan? I think it sounds more like a White Sox TV play by play guy, who whines more than even the whiniest of Cub fans.

Quote by: BSWFTS aka Mr. Twinkie, "the twins pitchers got jobbed by the ump tonight. that r.a. dickey pitch was strike 3, out 3 on dye on the top of the sixth and should have been it for the top half." Gotcha. Going by your strike zone John Danks didn't walk anybody in the first inning on Friday night, the Twinkies didn't score four runs and the Sox won the game, right? Nope, that's baseball... It all evens out over the season.

Nothing every comes easy for the Sox in the Twinkie dome. The bottom three guys in the Sox batting order tonight, Nix, Beckham and Anderson were the key to this win. Yet, there was something missing... They just need more intensity, more fire, more of a killer instinct to bury a team when they have their chances. Still, a win is a win.

Are you kidding me? Listen to panty waist Hawk the next time something doesn't go the Sox's way. He invented whining.

That makes two of us. Joe Crede ripped that ball underneath Beckham's glove. Kinda like him saying "take that kid." Bottom line is that the White Sox won. Take the series tomorrow, Palehose.

You Cub fans whine about everything. Now you're whining about Hawk doing his job. You mean to say that Brenly and his sidekick have nothing to say of a critical nature during their games?

I really don't think it reflects at all well on Twinkie fans to emulate Cubdom (or is it Cub dumb?).

Go, enjoy your team of whiners, you know, guys like Bradley who's petulant about being called out by his manager, Sorryanus who's miffed at having to be game-ready on his days off, or Dempster and Zambrano who blame the Gatorade dispenser on days they don't pitch well. You guys should know whining when you see it, since you see it so often up there in the urine-soaked dump.

The Twins "Jobbed" themselves. Without Crede the game would have been embarrasing to them. Nice of the Sox to lend him to you for about a half year huh? LMAO!!!

I like Cubs fans. I don't think they whine - I think if anything they just complain about their team, not the umps, out of frustration.

I don't know why the Twins fans are whining about the strike zone. On the walk to Dye, the pitcher was lucky to get 2 strikes called, including a high strike umps usually don't call. The pitcher ran off the mound trying to influence the ump and all he did was look like an idiot because the pitch wasn't even close to being a strike. However, the Twins fans predictably reacted to his reaction, thinking they were jobbed. The umps blow calls, as they are human, but over the course of the season, they pretty much even out so there isn't much use complaining about it and on that at bat, Dye should have probably walked on the 5th pitch anyway, so it's crazy that Twins fans are crying about it.
