Oh, Geez, don't bring back the high Colonic.
Norfolk ain't exactly the Detroit lineup. Colon is so fat, he can hardly bend over to pick up the resin bag. Surely his fielding is a liability, as well as his pitching. Richard is not as bad in the fifth slot as we've had in past seasons. At least he seems to win half the time. I remember when that spot in the rotation was a guaranteed loss. However, if we can pick up Haren or another quality starter being shopped, let's go for it, if the price is not too high. Rumors have it that the friggin' Cockroaches have a couple of deals in the works that would greatly improve their offense. So, the Sox may have to place a bet (by making a trade) if they want to stay in the game. I know, highly unlike the Cockroaches, but we'd have to counter if they make a move. |

"A major-league source said Colon's minor-league start Thursday for Triple-A Charlotte was more impressive than his April 23 start at Baltimore, when he allowed five runs on eight hits in three innings."
Well this is just great, great news. So relieving, very encouraging indeed. He'll be lights out when he comes up. |

After going through the junk yard of major league pitchers I give you the Sox new Frankenstein fifth starter: Clayton Colon Garcia!!(Sounds like a bad law firm...) Clayton Richard will work the first and maybe the second inning. Then, Barto Colon and Freddy Garcia will take over and try to get to the sixth inning.
Of course, major league baseball will have to approve a 1/3 roster spot for each player. Oh well, it was worth a try. |

I am a better option than that joke Richard. Do the Sox not have anyone capable of throwing a ball? Whoever throws batting practice couldn't do worse than Richard.

Two weeks ago, many of you same idiots were raving about Richard... Which way will the wind blow next week? |
