Get rid of these properties. Give them away for free, and use the money being spent on wasteful afforadable housing initatives to renovate. We need taxpayers!

This is good nooze and just one step closer to being able to sell these trashed borded up properties that riddle the sity. Now if the prices are right I will take 2 dozen.
I would then renovate them and resell them.

I agree the city needs additional tax payers more than anything else to pay for more police protection, services, and a general property tax cut. There is lots of affordable housing in the city. If the neighborhoods where it exists were safer it would solve the problem.
