I'll take Door No. 2. Yeah, I though the same thing. In fact, I pay more in taxes than this fool earns, but there is no reason to bring that up. Has nothing to do wiht the topic of discussion.

That was a video from Detroit's ABC affiliate, not "research based off of youtube" (whatever that means). So now that we've cleared that up (again), how about addressing the content? We're waiting......... If you are providing a source to support an arguement...what did you just do??? RESEARCH!! Me address the content??? Don't need to. Once I see YOUTUBE...I don't bother. Next, you will probably use wikepida for another source.

Just come out to the DC area and bring your taxes you filed for the past five years and lets compare. You are probably some 25-28 year old grown kid with a paper route.

It's actually nice to see Obama in office. It is like an experiment that went really bad! Obama could'n't run a shoe store much less America. Wake up people! Caucasion men have ruled the world for years for good reason!!! Not racist just a realist! Maybe Obama could try out for the bulls or something!

If your neighbor had cancer and needed someone to cut his grass would you volunteer. Not every problem is solved by a person themselves. A healthy society is a place where people extend themselves to one another. You may be on the receiving end one day and you may not but you should want life to be good or everyone in your community.Sometimes that does mean helping. I think that is what Democracy is about. Why do you, or anyone else, believe that reparation has to be monetary. There are many ways of helping people up. I do believe that you might re-think the statement that we cannot make up for all of the injustices we have done after having said that everyone has to stand up and take responsibility for our lives and actions. Done with it wrote: I have for a very long time become more and more disillusioned with what is happening in American society. Many folks are quick to blame others or circumstances for their lot in life. Has their been racism, unfairness, cruelty and prejudice towards others....yes, absolutely. Well you know what, unfortunate as that is, it will still continue to be in some fashion. What we need to do is stand up, take responsibilty for our lives and our actions. If something has gone wrong....job, marriage, friends, family whatever, then it is up to us to make changes. We expect everyone else to make the changes, make our life better....it's not up to the government, our spouse, our boss, it's up to us. Now what do you think reparations would do? It's a temporary thing and it is ultimately not going to change anything but create more resentment. If we have to make good for every injustice that has been performed we could probably double our national debt. We have serious issues in this country and this is just another 'blinder' being thrown out to keep our attention from where it needs to be. People we all need to GROW UP and stop the blame game.

White men have been running this country. The key word "have ruled". Not anymore! I guess we have had 43 chances to look at the ones that have run this country and some of them have done no more than embarrassed this great nation and the principles on which it stands for. Again, cut two holes in your hood....and you might see things better.
