to answer your question: jessamy is the primary target. although she is incompetent, inarticulate, ineffective and lacking in charisma she is skilled in the art of manipulation, media manipulation, back scratching, influence peddling and feminine guile. in other words she is politically strong but with a lot of weak points. these weak points are sufficient to vote her out. at this point in time margie burns is her biggest weak point. she is going to lose either way, but she will lose more by keeping burns.
by keeping burns she will lose big in 2010. if she cuts burns she may be able to fool people into thinking she cares just a little longer.

so you admit that "innocent until proven guilty" is a lie and has always been a lie. your honest is refreshing. dispense with the fraud called court and just kill whoever you don't like which is what police in baltimore have been doing.

Yes, Burns was insensitive to say the least and Mrs. Sowers is justified in her anger. The Sowers story was so illustrative of the way city living can become a nightmare. But in the same token Burns is the public face of the Balto City State's Atty Office. Focusing on her is like the punching the clownhead microphone at the drive-thru because the food and service are bad. Your anger and attentions are misplaced. Jessamy should be the real focus here and frankly she should take the lead and publicly apologize to Mrs. Sowers and instruct Margaret Burns to do the same.

No, there is a difference. If one of these thugs fires at police, he should be eliminated. If he does fire at police, then he isn't innocent. Any member of the crips, bloods, ms-13, etc. is a murderer, so if you can positively identify them as a member, they should be eliminated as well. There are no innocent people in gangs.

I think burns and jessamy are hot. I would take these two to an all you can eat place and watch the fun start. These women are the reason baltimore criminals are not afraid to commit crimes. Yea, their hot.

There are no more safe places because of gangs and fools like you who make excuses for the gang bangers. Anna Sowers is not blaming the office for Zach's death at all. Further, yes, the point is that Anna Sowers wants victims and the SA office to be on the same side. With comments like these, which are FALSE, she is basically takign the side of the monsters that killed her husband. The examiner has followed the case and has the doctor's letter, Burns' comments, etc.

As a very close family friend, I am horrified at the insensitivity shown by Burns. Her comments demonstrate her absolute and unequivocal ignorance and lack of compassion. In her role as spokesperson for the city of Baltimore, she has brought shame and disgrace to her position, her office and the city.

I am not taking up for either Jesamy or Burns but things could have been a whole lot worse if this case had gone to trial in Baltimore City and those four animals were acquitted . If the trial could have been held in Federal Court or one of the Counties I'm sure no plea bagain would have been offered because of the different demographics of the juors. In Baltimore City you can never count on a conviction no matter how good a case the Prosecution has. Remember OJ?

Three of the animals were sentenced to 8 years, but they'll be out in 4 or 5. They should have sent them through P.G. County lockup.

There was no record. It was a plea agreement. The doctor's statement wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. It was uncorroborated not subject to cross examination. We don't even know if this guy examined the victim
