I DID read it again......he's being charged with a misdemeanor and had to pay $250. He got a woopdie-do ticket for "excessively blowing his horn" and was out on the street.

If you sit at a green light for more then 2 seconds, you WILL get the horn up your ass. I often wonder what shade of green they are waiting for. They dont use turn signals, they cant park, they dont do the speed limit, they really REALLY need to take the fu**ing bus.
