I am not trying to belittle or demean the evil, horrible things done to Africans and then to black Americans, but homosexuals throughout western history have not exactly been living in a land of milk and honey either. Discrimination, prejudice and bigotry are just that, regardless of the group to whom they are applied. Our society will be better as we gradually reduce these evils for all groups.

I am not trying to belittle or demean the evil, horrible things done to Africans and then to black Americans, but homosexuals throughout western history have not exactly been living in a land of milk and honey either.
