that skateworks place is a disaster and should be shut down. when police have to be detailed to the location due to all the problems that have come from it there is obviously something wrong. i dont buy that there is nothing else for the kids to do. maybe try hanging out at you house with your family, read a book, get a hobby or get a job.

They just need to find out what element draws bad people there. Perhaps it is too much of a laid back atmosphere. That's my guess.

Speaking of jungles, that's exactly what Pikesville, Randallstown and Owings Mills have become. They are populated by large groups of sub-humans. These animals reproduce without regard to the outcome or the burden, receive public aid that they use on cell phones, cigarettes and clothes, but hardly anything for their offspring, drive cars that cost way beyond their means in which their bastard children are allowed to freely bounce around, take whatever they want using knives and guns and are an economic and aesthetic drain on the rest of civilized society. Not satisfied with ruining neighborhoods and each other's lives, they moved on to wholesale violence because they have no care or consideration about anyone but themselves. Their sense of entitlement knows no bounds nor does their ability to avoid legitimate work.

This location has been a source of problems for a long period of time. There is not a "laid back" atmosphere at this location. The problem is that it is in a high crime area and draws some of that crowd simply due to where it is. If you had a bar and enough problems developed from that bar it would be shut down by the county. The same thing needs to be done at this location. If you can't respect yourself or others at a certain location and that causes continual criminal acts than for the good of the public that location is shut down. Thats why we cant have nice stuff....

woodlawn used to be a nice place to live, i grew up on windsormill rd.back in the 70`s the county started planting section 8 parasites in the apts.+homes ,that`s when things went to hell. parasites move their filth+ waste fron location to location. they bring crime,drugs+gangs to the neighborhoods when section 8 housing exists to any degree. we must find a way to keep these moochers from polluting otherwise desirable neighborhoods with their culture of filth +entitlement and all that goes with it. broodmares on the welfare downloading babies they have no way to support or raise. you know what i am sayin!

Just so you know there are far more white rapist, child molesters, and perverts in prison than any other race. It is full of sexual preditors and inbreeds of all kinds. Try looking up the list of sexual offenders that are listed in these ares...the majority is not black males, they are white, than hispanic. Actually "honybunybun," you are incorrect, as is most of the spelling and grammar in your message. While I had difficulty interpreting the irregular syntax of your missive, I did understand a few points, that I will now address.

Department of Justice statistics show that black males comprise the majority of convicted sexual predators and sexual offenders in the United States. These are statistics compiled from court reports submitted by each state. These are facts and are not debatable. That's not to say that they are the majority in each state or municipality (obviously, the smaller the black population, the less the ratio).

You refer to Randallstown, Pikesville and Eldersburg as the "jungle," however, Randallstown and Pikesville are predominantly black in their racial composition. I grew up in these areas when they were occupied by whites of all classes, and the levels of personal crime didn't exist then as they do today. You won't like the reason.

Finally, by examining your usage of the English language and your referring to my family, I believe I can safely assume you are black as well as uneducated. I am a tenured professor in the Department of Anthropology at a major East Coast University...hardly a trivial voice in my chosen profession. I comment on these sites to educate the readers and dispel the widespread belief that political correctness means that truth must be ignored.
