Clinton asked Americans while campaigning if they were better off than they were 4 years ago, and was elected President as a result. We should ask ourselves the same question today. I know that I and many other Americans are worse off, as is our country, which is why it's going to be time for a "change" in November.

I have to admit, the bible-bangers could be the ruin of the USA. The current republican candidates are actually pandering to these ignorant nuts. If they were to really get their way, it could be like living under the Taliban, being told what to believe and how to live (or else). Sarah Palin has a cult following of devotees who are making her rich by buying in to her dribble. Michele Bachmann is even crazier and, not long ago, she was considered to be a serious candidate for president. Yes, perhaps we are becoming a nation of halfwits. Religion is at its best when it helps people cope with reality, not avoid it.

History will not forgive. This guy has murdered hundreds of tousends of people in his mindless, criminal and really redunant wars and he has ruined own country and many another countries. I ask this so called mainstream, who has elected Bush, did somebody understand what this guy has said, because it is not to understand, it is not correct gramatically. If this guy couldnīt even speak english, what a language did he know? It is really pathetic that such guy has won. How can president say and for what?,,Goodbye from biggest world poluter,, or ,, Brasil is really big country,, after looking at map, which was shown by Brasilian president. Or ,,I was running against peace, against prosperity, but I am president again,, And there are three morons of the same type: Romney, Gingrich and Santorum. Remember what Bush has done: wars and debts. This guy Obama is a little bit better, but he makes mistakes too and he is too weak to resist this all lobbysts, he cannot character enough and his government is not good. You have in reality one candidate - RON PAUL, who is hope for better future. He supports prosperity, peace, freedom, democracy and he wants to restore USA to restore all these values and give prosperity for usual people, not for lobbysts or speculators. He wants to bring positive changes. And it is the last time and the highest time to vote him and to have normal president.

Do you have something to say? Wanna be heard? Get involved! Africa as a Stronger Actor on the International Stage (International Conference, Paris, May 02nd -04th, 2012) ***** On behalf of the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy, I am writing to bring to your attention the following major program hosted by us in partnership with other leading organizations. The program will bring together governmental and diplomatic officials, civil society practitioners, private sector representatives, journalists, young professionals, students and scholars and other interested stakeholders from across the world for a program of lectures, seminars, debates and Panel discussions, featuring leading figures and experts from the fields of international politics, academia, diplomacy, the private sector and civil society. The Power of Africa is the third Africa related conference that is being hosted in the beginning of 2012. It will focus on the possibilities and barriers that the African countries are facing in terms of economic and political bargaining power as well as the prospect of speaking with one voice on the international stage. The conference will in particular address the expectations and opinions that the outside world holds of African development and how this often diverges with what might be more realistic and customized solutions on the ground. One aim of the conference is thus to debate whether alternative forms of institutional rule and economic models can be deemed more effective in Africa than the established forms of Western governance. The conference will look at global as well as local perceptions of African leadership and development, and the bilateral trade relationships that Africa has with China and India. Furthermore we will explore the role of the African Union as well as civil societies in enhancing interregional relations within Africa and what prospects this holds for its future international image and bargaining power. Conference Participants The conference is open to applications from young professionals, students, scholars and academics, diplomatic and political representatives, civil society practitioners, private sector figures, journalists, and other interested stakeholders from across the world. To apply please visit: Institute for Cultural Diplomacy web page
