We are from the States, but were married at Buthir on the Snaefellsness peninsula. We own a normal '01 XC70, and would love to move it to Iceland with us, but we are worried about the fuel consumption... Hopefully, we will be able to find a used D5 XC70 that we can bring to Iceland instead.

Gerard Ireland	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 May 27, 2007 I have had my XC70 D5 for over a year now. I think it is unbeatable in terms of performance, mileage and comfort. I got rid of my BMW 3.0D after buying it because both my wife and myself preferred to drive the XC70
