Kenosha used to make over one half of the engines untill G. HOLLIJOLLIE sold us out for Detroit. Worthless piece of SHI- of a union REP. But he did me a favor, I have a less stressfull job and I'm closer to my house. Milwaukee Parts is my pre-retirement job.

Fiat, Chrysler, Volkswagon all the same. Is it suddenly ok to drive a Fiat if you work for Chrysler?

We must stick with companies like Ford, GM and Chrysler if we want US people to work.

That's a noble sentiment. But what about the 100s of thousands of US people that work for the transplants in this country? What are they supposed to do?

I would like to know if it is ok to buy a Fiat that is built on the assembly line with Chryslers. These will be made by people that have pushed the big 3 for years. Now that they will be building foreign cars, their case is difficult to make when Americans are building other transplants as well.

All engineering and profits go to the foreign countries if not one of the big three.

I just want to make sure that if I buy a Chrysler the money is not going to Fiat. I will have to do some research before my next purchase. Otherwise it will be ford or GM

Where did the multiair technology come from? The whole Fiat/Chrysler deal was said to have a value of over $10billion in technology from Fiat. That is $10 billion that would have been paid to US workers.

The difference between our forefathers and today is:
trai·tor
Pronounced:
traitor
Function:
noun
Inflected forms:
plural trai·tors
Meaning:
[count]: a person who is not loyal to his or her own country, friends, etc.: a person who betrays a country or group of people by helping or supporting an enemy ▪ She has been called a traitor to the liberal party's cause. ▪ He was a traitor who betrayed his country by selling military secrets to the enemy. ▪ He turned traitor.[=he became a traitor; he betrayed his country/friends]
They were willing to do something about it. Being a traitor MEANT something. Just as the law follows:
TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 115 > § 2381
Prev | Next § 2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Enough said.

Fiat now owns 25% of Chrysler. The UAW has about 65%. American taxpayers have the rest. Numbers are approximate, but close.
Just buy the car that suits your needs and don't worry about the rest. It's not that simple anymore.
