When I am driving at low speeds my 4 wheel drive engages. The only way I can get it to disengage is to back the vehicle up about 12 feet while pressing the 4 wheel drive switch. This has happened off and on for months and the dealer cannot locate the problem. Today the Service Dept. disengaged the 4 wheel switch and asked me to see if anything happens. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas? Thank You!

As fall is coming to an end and winter is on its way, especially here in Northeast Pennsylvania, I tried to shift into 4-wheel drive in my 2004 Suzuki xl-7. No matter what I tried (parked, 5 mph, 25,mph or reverse) the car would not shift into 4-wheel drive. The 2-wheel drive lights remained on all the time. No blinking, nothing. Please, any help? I'm afraid of going to the dealer as I have had several expensive problems (according to them) which I have taken care of without their help for less than $60. instead of $2,000. as per their estimate. I'm sure they will tell me it will be very expensive. Thanks
