I have a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis with 16,000 miles on it. Today I noticed it was not cooling right, then when I got hope and opeded the hood with it running I noticed it burped out cooling fluid from the radiator cap. My friend says itmay been the cooling fan clutch, or the cooling fan relay. What are your thoughts ////
